Late Arrival Policy

Clients are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment to complete a consultation form.

If you arrive late, we will make every reasonable effort to provide your full treatment; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients, and the  full appointment fee will still apply.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, and we are unable to accommodate your appointment, it may be treated as a  missed appointment and charged at full value.

Requests to reschedule on the day will be accommodated subject to availability and provided this does not inconvenience other clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.
  • We do not offer refunds for missed or late-cancelled appointments.

Health & Special Conditions

Clients must inform us prior to booking if they have any medical conditions, including (but not limited to):
high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, injuries, or pregnancy.

All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate based on the information provided. In such cases, fees may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Heat treatments are not suitable for clients with certain medical conditions, including pregnancy and cardiovascular concerns.

Receipts

Clients may request copies of receipts or treatment history records within 60 days of the original appointment date. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatments. Clients under 18 may require parental or guardian consent.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • Vouchers are redeemable for treatments only and cannot be used for retail products.

Packages

  • Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Sessions must be used as specified and cannot be split unless stated.
  • Expiry dates cannot be extended.
  • We reserve the right to refuse redemption where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
  • Packages do not constitute proof of payment.

Right to refuse treatment

Thai Holistic Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment where:

  • A client’s health condition makes treatment unsafe
  • Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided
  • Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive

Changes to Terms

Thai Holistic Massage Therapy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
